#KEEPITLIVE

There are 3 ways to support Project #KEEPITLIVE:

Become a #KEEPITLIVE Member, and gain access to exclusive deals, onsite and online discounts, awesome merch, and an insider’s scoop for pre-announcements of records, shows, and more!

We’ve cherished the cozy atmosphere at the Cap for 20+ years, but to have shows amid COVID-19, we need to completely revamp the space and overall experience. Help us renovate the Cap to host safe, immersive, awesome live shows through 2020 and beyond!

Help us spread the word about Project #KEEPITLIVE through posting a short memory of what The Cap (or live music) means to you. Tag #keepitlive and @thecaplive to be a part of the conversation! We’ll gather all the memories on our website as an archive of the Cap throughout the years.

Project #KEEPITLIVE

Your generous contributions to our #KEEPITLIVE project have helped sustain our business during COVID-19. With your help, we were able to pay for covid infrastructure that allowed us to host more than 250 live performances, stream 40+ shows, and pay over $100,000 to local artists in 2021. We’re proud to say, our COVID-19 pivot went so well that the CAP was awarded an ECMA for Innovator of the Year and we won Venue of the Year and Innovator of the Year at the Music New Brunswick Awards!

At the Cap, we pride ourselves on promoting live music in Fredericton, and we have every intention to keep it live, but we’re going to need your help.

Join us in Project #KEEPITLIVE, a rallying cry to those that believe live music is an invaluable part of what makes a community strong.

With your help, we’ll continue to present live events in a safer, more inclusive, more DYNAMIC way. We’ll continue building The Cap into more than just a bar, but a creative hub for collaboration and development of local artists. We’ll continue to bring you delicious drinks, awesome events and an A+ atmosphere. COVID-19 is not without its challenges, but Project #KEEPITLIVE is an opportunity to build something better than before. Let’s work together to keep it live in Fredericton!
